Windows Now Tested

I’m a Linux guy. For the longest time, I didn’t have access to a Windows machine to test VimStar or its AI-generated install routine for Windows (I wrote the Linux one myself). I finally had the chance to do that today, and I am happy to report that Windows is now a first-class citizen for VimStar!
